  • subject of your enquiry

No other personal data is collected without your knowledge, including via third-party tracking cookies.

Purpose of processing

Data submitted through the form is used solely to:

  • reply to your enquiry;
  • discuss a possible engagement (Power BI audit, recovery, managed support, data services);
  • follow up on a commercial relationship if one starts.

Your data is never sold, rented, or transmitted to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent (you voluntarily submit the form) and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Retention period

Messages received via the form are kept for the time needed to follow up on your enquiry, plus the applicable legal limitation period for commercial dealings. Beyond that period they are deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

Recipients of your data are strictly limited to:

  • REC CORP, in its capacity as data controller;
  • Vercel Inc., as a technical processor (site hosting and routing of form submissions);
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), as a technical processor (email delivery of contact form submissions);
  • MongoDB, Inc., as a technical processor (storage of contact submissions in the back office).

Transfer outside the EU

Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), and certain processors operate infrastructure outside the EU. Each processor relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to maintain an equivalent level of protection.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights over your data at any time:

  • right of access, rectification and erasure;
  • right to restrict and object to processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority within the EU.

Cookies

This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. Until a consent banner is in place, these tools may set non-essential cookies on your device.
